This service is available at no cost. A copay may be needed for the medication, but patient assistance programs may be available to help cover costs, and most eligible patients will receive medication at little or no cost. Paid for by the Minnesota Department of Health. Must be physically located in the state of Minnesota to qualify. Must create an account to receive COVID-19 treatment services through Cue Health. COVID-19 treatment services are available only to individuals 12 years or older with symptoms of COVID-19 and either a positive COVID-19 test or a recent exposure to someone with COVID-19. For minor children (ages 12-17), a parent or guardian with a Cue Health account who is authorized to consent on behalf of the child must be present.

This service does not address life-threatening conditions. In case of an emergency, please call 911.
